AIG was created in 2019 as the Holding Group for the interests of Antoni Family. The family is a diversified investing family holding operations in Food Import, Food Distribution, Retail Clothing, Real Estate Operations, Property Ownership, Tourism & Hotelery Investments etc.

In order to better organise and manage these operations AIG was created with the purpose of being the Holding Company of all these operations and offering more targeted and quick managment to business needs of the group operations.

The Antoni Family is a second Generation family operating as business enterpreneurs and investors in different Ventures. Ilir Antoni & Vilma Antoni started trading in the post communist economy in 1991 and since than have developed many operations and profitable business ventures.
Nowdays theye are still active while transmitting their business and family values to their children and Grandchildren in order so that family Investments to keep growing.

Jonian Antoni is today manager and CEO of most of the operations that are focused in Albania but also expand locally to nearby countries like Macedonia, Montenegro & Kosovo.

AiG with a new experience in its business, aims to establish long-term partnerships with potential investors. Our platform has created several investments in real estate, both in Tirana, Vlora and also with the prespective of expanding its business beyond the region.

AiG is focused on two basic lines of its business: Investing and managing its property portfolio as well as developing construction land.

The AiG portfolio consists of 5 companies that operate completely independently of each other. Each of them has its own unique identity with a common focus: Investing in real estate.
