1992

In the early years of 1990s in Tirana, the company Mini Invest Albania was created by 4 joint partners who are still proudly the same people. In its beginnings the company operated under the name Vilma, then moved to ALMA (Albania-Macedonia), and then in 1995 developed under the name “Mini Invest”. The purpose of this company is the wholesale and retail trade of food products.

2008

In Tirana, in 2008 the first Master office of Century 21 Albania was opened, with a wide support of a professional staff in this industry, with training classes and evaluation programs that recognize the achievements of the agents of the CENTURY 21 system. During these years, the difficulty to educate the market in this industry was great, but thanks to the work and continuous trust of the staff, today we manage to count 22 franchise offices in Tirana, Durres, Vlora and Shkodra. With a consolidated staff of 200 agents, the most successful company in the field of real estate for Albania leads from the beginning.

2017

At the end of 2017, the company Property Investment Shpk was established as an investment company in the field of real estate in their sale-purchase. The philosophy of this company was Investments in the field of construction and trading inside and outside the country of real estate, financial, economic and legal consulting related to business, activities in the field of real estate and their valuation. Propery Investment focused on developing two main lines of business: (i) investing and managing property sales.

We mention its portfolio:

-Building in Durres – 77 apartments and 4 commercial units.
-Building in Saranda – 20 apartments.
-Various apartments, Tirane.

2019

AiG was established, with the aim of developing two main lines of business: (i) investment and management of its assets. AiG will be the leading company of the whole group, offering more focused and fast management of the operational businesses of this group.
Although a new company in the Albanian market, in its portfolio we mention important investments for development such as:
-Commercial unit, Tirana.
-Land for construction, Jale, Vlora.
-Land for construction in order to develop them.
